DRIVER OF THE MONTH
The driver of the month for January is Mike Buckhouse. Mike works out of the Rinker yard and is a very dependable and safe employee. Mike takes great care of his assigned vehicle and is quick to help dispatch with any load that they need. Congratulations Mike Buckhouse!
QUARTERLY SAFETY MEETING
The first quarter safety meeting is tentatively scheduled for March
20th, 2010. It will be held at the Werth Manor Event Center at 8:00 AM
with breakfast served at 7:30 AM. This meeting is not mandatory. You
will receive a notice by the end of next week if you are required to
attend or not. We will be discussing drug testing, CSA 2010, and
defensive driving.
SAFETY TIPS FOR June
Doing a proper and thorough pre-trip of your vehicle can save you trouble down the road and help ensure a safe trip. Before you get in your vehicle walk completely around it checking all lights, tires, and under the hood. Your pre-trip inspection is your best guarantee that your trip won’t be interrupted by an unforeseen breakdown! |
